Welcome to the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory. Please read the following terms and conditions of service carefully as they contain the legal terms and conditions of an agreement that you agree to when you use the services provided to you by the  John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory through the Site and all other services accessed through the Site.

By accessing or using any of the Services you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. For the purposes of this Agreement, "you” means you, the person using the Site, and, if applicable, the person that agrees to the Terms when registering for an account.

Terms: The John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory is open to all therapists who have taken John F. Barnes’ courses. Listing on the directory is a privilege and we ask that members act with integrity and respect whilst utilizing the directory’s services. To protect fellow therapists and patients, no criticism will be permitted on the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory or linked Facebook page. All issues or grievances should be directed to contact@markbarnesdpt.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

Suspension and Termination of Access:  The John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and use of the Site and remove and discard any User Content at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

Breach of these terms, including policies or guidelines set forth by The John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory; Such instances include:

Use of sexually explicit or inappropriate material, Inappropriate use of a client’s personal information, including contact information, billing information, health history, or shared personal information, Slander of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory or other third party information providers which is under the sole discretion of Myofascial Release corporations and its representatives.

Billing: Advertising through the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Directory requires payment on a yearly bases. Upon creation of your page on the directory, payment will be due. The cost of a one-year subscription is $349 for a single account (defined as one therapist, one location) and $449 for a multiple account (defined as multiple therapists and/or multiple locations.) Payment for a yearly subscription must be completed by the 10th of the subscribing month. In subsequent years, you will be contacted  at the start of your payment month, and payment must be received by the 10th of that month. Failure to pay will result in the deactivation of your listing. The listing can be reactivated at any time, once payment has been received.

MFR Therapists Directory encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from MFR Therapists Directory so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. MFR Therapists Directory is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the MFR Therapists Directory website.

Use of your Personal Information

MFR Therapists Directory collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

MFR Therapists Directory may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from MFR Therapists Directory and its affiliates.
