Monarch Physical Therapy provides hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy and massage therapy.  We treat people of all ages for acute and chronic pain, or pelvic floor pain (men and women).   We are a Medicare and private insurance provider, and offer a discounted self-pay rate. 

Monarch Physical Therapy has two convenient locations in Comfort and Boerne to service the Texas Hill Country and surrounding areas.  We have four therapists trained in MFR, led by Brenda Bryson.  

Brenda graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1997 with an entry level Master's in Physical Therapy. She began her JFB MFR journey in 2002, became a LMT in 2007, and opened Monarch Physical Therapy in 2011.
