He has been involved in such activitiesas gymnastics, yoga, soccer, baseball, hiking, skiing, surfing, swimming,pilates, group fitness, strength training, running, and cross fit, to name afew, and believes these experiences allow him a greater understanding of ourbody's limits and capabilities. He is proud of his chosen profession andstrives to provide a safe, kind, and compassionate environment so that you, andyour body can do what it's made for; healing itself and moving withoutrestriction.
He regularly attends in-person seminars for continuing education on the John Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release, so that he can continue to provide you with the most up-to-date quality and care through all the stages of your healing process.
