Anthony became a licensed massage therapist in 2000, license number MA32797, and studied Myofascial Release under John Barnes for the last 21 years and is now an expert therapist.
He has studied several other modalities related to massage therapy. He spent 2 years in China studying whole body healing techniques and has traveled the world studying many techniques that relate to body healing. He graduated from KSU and did his graduate work at the Univ. of Colorado in 1972.
He was a medic in the Army during the Vietnam conflict and went to art schools in New York and Colorado. He ran a successful International contracting business for 30 years before getting into massage therapy. He previously owned Absolute Health Massage with 16 therapists and treated over 30.000 clients. He sold the business and started Therapy on the Gulf.
TOTG is primarily a Myofascial Release business but we do all types of massage techniques.
Candace Van Ree

License Number: MA18199 Candace originally attended school at R.I.T. in Rochester, NY to be a photographer in 1988. After working in Manhattan, New York for 3 ? years photographing jewelry and stills, Candace decided to leave the city in 1994 and join her mother in sunny Naples, Florida. Her desire to help others, her interest in nutrition, and the gift of her first massage changed career plans. She became a licensed massage therapist in 1995, license number MA18199, and immediately began studying Myofascial Release under John Barnes. She began pursuing more advanced classes in MFR in 2010. Candace has also studied several other massage therapy modalities as well including Microcurrent point stimulation, reflexology, lymph drainage,aromatherapy, and therapeutic massage. She is the proud mother of two.
