I have been helping people feel better for 35 years! I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist that exclusively practices the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach. I help youth to seniors who are experiencing chronic or unexplained pain and have failed traditional therapies, get relief and return to an active lifestyle.
My goal is to help you get out of pain and return to all the activities you enjoy.
