Through MFR and myofascial unwinding, one can rid of tension and issues that no longer serve them.
Relaxation can be achieved. Wellness can be restored. Your body feels good.
Addressing the problem at the cause of the issue, not just the symptoms so you can be active again, sit longer, sleep well and feel good in your body.
Jane began learning Myofascial Release while living in Sedona in 1998. She started working at Therapy on the Rocks, the Western Myofascial Release Treatment Center, learning in the clinic from John Barnes, the developer of MFR, and assisting with courses. The skills she gained and patients she treated lead her to pursue advanced course work in Women's Health. She was Certified as a Women's Clinical Specialist (WCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists in 2016. Thereafter, she served a 2 year term as an item writer for the board exam. She combines her orthopedic manual training with MFR to evaluate and provide amazing results. "MFR has changed my life and my perspective on life. I invite you to allow the amazing work to transform your life as well."
