At SerendipPT, we resolve pain and pelvic floor disorders with Myofascial Release and, if needed, Dry Needling, so clients can be active and feel good in their body; no meds, no surgery. Jane uses the skill of physical therapy with the time & hands of a bodyworker.

Jane O'Brien Franczak, PT, is an expert in Myofascial Release, certified in Dry Needling and a Women's Clinical Specialist. She uses her Hands-on skills to address Musculoskeletal Pain and pelvic health.  Issues that can be helped from Myofascial Release include muscle spasms, trauma,  tension, sciatica, neck pain, low back pain, headaches, hip pain, pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, painful intercourse, pre and post partum care, pregnancy pain, post delivery issues such as coccyx pain, perineal pain, leakage, abdominal muscle separation/diastasis rectus, pelvic girdle pain.

Jane is an instructor with Myofascial Release Seminars assisting John F. Barnes to teach therapists the Myofascial Release method. She worked at the Western Myofascial Release clinic in Sedona, Therapy on the Rocks for 5 years working along side of John Barnes and his top therapists in the field. She remains true to the principles of MFR in every aspect of her treatments and her life.

Through MFR and myofascial unwinding, one can rid of tension and issues that no longer serve them.

Relaxation can be achieved. Wellness can be restored. Your body feels good.

Addressing the problem at the cause of the issue, not just the symptoms so you can be active again, sit longer, sleep well and feel good in your body.
