We would love to hear from you! Please feel free to send us a message.

During MFR 1, I had such a profound experience myself. I knew at that moment this was one of the most powerful treatment approaches I would ever learn!"

My message to you: "the human body never ceases to amaze me. It is such a beautiful miraculous site to behold. Every day in the clinic brings excitement and joy at the prospect of solving the mysteries of injury, pain and recovery. Fully integrating the whole person body mind with appreciation of where you are coming from and where you want to go. Thank you for the opportunity to help you on your journey to live your best life! Myofascial Release has been a cornerstone of my treatment approach since my first year as a physical therapist. I have such a passion for my work and have pursued intensive post graduate education in an eclectic Manual Therapy approach. I enjoy working with complex injuries and challenging cases. Beyond my John Barnes myofascial release training I am also fully trained in McKenzie method of spinal mechanical pain and dysfunction with additional skills in cranial sacral therapy, gentle dry needling, manual lymphatic drainage, muscle energy techniques and neural tension mobilization. I had the amazing opportunity to attend a six month post graduate manual therapy program at Tim Vanderlin University in Utrecht, Netherlands with Lori Zeltwanger. It was during this time that we developed a friendship that has lasted decades.

Teaching experience: Sandra Do taught the fascial pelvis from 1991 - 2000. John Barnes Myofascial Release Seminars  She continues to teach locally with Myofascial Release Seminars when they come to Colorado.
