We are not your typical Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Clinic. We are a clinic that specializes in the whole person. We use our knowledge, understanding and experience of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approachâ„¢ with other specialized modalities to treat the whole body.

Many individuals are looking for help where traditional rehab approaches have failed them. We recognize that when a person comes to us after years of chronic pain they are looking to us to help improve their mind, body and spirit. Using a team approach, our experts work together to help you return to your optimal, pain-free lifestyle. If you are the simplest or most complex of cases, we are here for you, treating the whole you, not just your symptoms.

Understanding the importance of Total Health, we also offer Nutritional Counselling, Cancer Coaching and Integral Coaching. These modalities offered with the healing qualities of Myofascial Release truly encompass our total health approach in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Tara Hagan-Fields

Tara Hagan-Fields has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. Branching from traditional Massage Therapy she has specialized in Myofascial Release and Fascial restrictions. Her passion lies within the Women’s Health field.

Tara encourages each client to participate in every session. Her belief that awareness provides us with choice and that being aware and present in your body, giving yourself permission to feel, will help you heal from your past; traumas, surgeries, and pains.

Nicole Mielke has been a Registered Massage Therapist since completing her training at Algonquin College’s three year program in 2001. After a traumatic motor vehicle accident that led to weakness, constant pain, headaches and soft tissue injury, Nicole discovered the benefits of John Barnes Myofascial Release. Myofascial Release was integral to her healing & inspired her to learn the techniques and become an Expert level therapist.

She has also trained in all levels of Trauma Practice, a global approach to trauma and injury and various other orthopedic assessment courses over the years.

Her passion is helping clients realize their potential to heal, help people increase the awareness of their own body and power. Her belief is that with a deep sense of caring for the client, allowing a safe space to connect and be present in the body, this will allow for deep healing to occur.

Nicole treats various conditions from postural issues to acute injuries, pelvic alignment, pre & post pregnancy care and chronic pain.
