Monadnock Myofascial Release, PLLC is a private Occupational Therapy practice in Keene, NH founded by Molly McMillan, OTR/L. We have one expert and two highly trained MFR O.T practitioners to work with you on meeting your health and wellness goals. Our practice has grown because what we do works, and has been successful for so many people in our area, and beyond. We work individually with our clients, but use a team approach to support each other. We bill most major insurance companies. Molly McMillan, OTR/L Founder and Owner
MFR Practitioner and MFR Seminar Teacher
Molly McMillan, OTR/L is an expert John F. Barnes, P.T. practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She is one of only 12 therapists in the world to teach his classes through MFR Seminars, and the only one who teaches three of them internationally. She teaches MFR I DVD Seminar, Fascial Pelvis Seminar, and Pediatric Seminar. She is the founder and owner of Monadnock Myofascial Release, PLLC a successful Occupational Therapy practice in Keene, NH. Clients come from all over the New England and New York area for care at her treatment centers.
Molly has been featured in a national O.T. publication, Today in O.T., on the Oxygen Network in The Journey with Caroline Myss, and in their Town Hall Meeting. She presented an Introduction to Myofascial Release webinar for Occupational Therapy online. And, she presented at the NHOT conference in Concord, NH. She has presented at numerous hospitals, medical and dental offices in NYC and in NH. Molly is a MFR mentor who holds study groups at both offices for MFR practitioners, as well as Apprentice programs, and has created self-care and educational classes for clients. Molly is a highly sought after, intuitive and skilled therapist who has helped hundreds of clients successfully reach their health and wellness goals.
OTR / L
Cara Clements comes to MMFR from Connecticut. She has been an Occupational Therapist for over 5 years after graduating from Bay Path University in MA. She has experience using MFR with kids in a specialty pediatric setting in Portland, OR, and she has worked with older adults in a geriatric setting in Connecticut. Cara has training and experience working with other modalities such as sensory integration and neuro developmental techniques. Cara has found MFR very effective in helping both kids and adults meet their goals and improve their function. Cara has a passion for partnering with her clients and their caregivers to help them meet their treatment goals.
In her spare time, Cara enjoys the great outdoors and all the beauty it has to offer. You can find her most weekends in the woods, on the water, or riding down the mountain. As well she enjoys time with friends, her family, and her two small dogs, Millie and Albert.
Christopher Persson has been an Occupational Therapist for 25 years. Chris holds a Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College in Massachusetts. He has worked nationally with diverse patient populations within acute/subacute rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric units, and home healthcare settings. Chris comes to MMFR with training and experience in utilizing manual therapy, myofascial release, and functional training within these settings to manage and remediate symptoms and maximize functional performance.
Chris resides in Stoddard, NH and enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly, his son William, and his 2 dogs Molly and Angel. Chris and his family are active can be found paddleboarding the regional lakes, surfing at the coast, hiking and biking the local trails, and trying to keep up with William on the local motocross trails.
Aryana is our office manager and a licensed massage therapist. She is the first person you will speak with and see either on the phone or when you walk in the door. Aryana is responsible for putting together patient files, contracting insurance companies, scheduling patients and making sure the daily operations run smoothly. She strives to make each patient?s visit to MMFR a wonderful experience that they will never forget.
Aryana has over 15 years of massage therapy experience, beginning with her first client at the age of 15. She was self taught with textbooks from her local library until she was old enough to attend school at River Valley Community College in Keene. Aryana graduated from massage therapy school in 2008 and took classes for pre-natal, sports, deep tissue, reflexology and hot stone massage. Aryana has also attended the John F Barnes healing seminar, soft tissue mobilization course and MFR 1. She plans on taking more John Barnes courses as well as other continuing education courses to enhance her skill set and better suit the needs of her client
